Visit and Virtual
On-Campus Tours and Information Sessions
Begin your visit with an introduction and Q&A with a Bowdoin Admissions officer. Then, join a student-led tour that highlights academic and student life on campus. Pre-registration is required for information sessions and tours.
If you're visiting at a time when a student led tour is not offered, you can take a self-guided tour. Maps and a tour booklet are available just to the left of the entrance to the Admissions building and are accessible 24/7. You can also supplement your self-guided tour with our mobile audio tour.
Virtual Information Sessions
Attend one of our many information sessions or special topic workshops hosted by admissions officers. Previously-recorded information sessions are also available on the arts, athletics, and more.
Student Chats
Hosted by students for students. This is your chance to learn about campus culture, academic and research opportunities, residential life, and more. Bring your questions and join the conversation!
Interviews
Students applying for admission in fall 2025 can request an in-person or virtual interview with a Bowdoin admissions officer or student. Interviews begin on May 30, and pre-registration is required.
Interviews are also available September through December 1st with Bowdoin alumni across the world. These are official admissions interviews and are a great way to learn more about the College.
Six Colleges
In the spirit of cooperation, six of the nation’s top liberal arts colleges—Amherst, Bowdoin, Carleton, Pomona, Swarthmore, and Williams—teamed up to help with your college search. Watch recordings of previous events.
Wondering how you can help support your student through the college admissions process over the next year? Bowdoin is hosting three special virtual events this spring for parents and family members.
Sign up below for the final event in our series of three or request recordings of our first two virtual events from earlier this February and March.
